Key Responsibilities

• Identify and test new, unconventional growth opportunities and marketing channels for the e-commerce platform.
• Design and execute rapid experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to optimize user acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and retention.
• Analyze user behavior, website data, and campaign performance to uncover insights and inform growth strategies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage strategies for customer referrals, viral loops, and other organic growth tactics.
• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies to continuously innovate growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a growth hacking, digital marketing, or product management role focused on e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in data analysis, experimentation tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
