Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the e-commerce funnel, from acquisition to conversion and retention.

• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to uncover growth levers.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and referral programs.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Track, measure, and report on key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Growth Hacker , Growth Marketer, or in a similar performance-focused role, preferably in e-commerce .
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Demonstrated ability to design and run successful A/B tests and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
