Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Analyst in Upington to turn raw data into insights that enhance online sales, customer understanding, and profitability. You will build dashboards, run analyses across website traffic, campaigns, and conversions, and present clear recommendations to marketing, product, and sales teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in analytics, strong SQL/Excel/GA skills, and experience with A/B testing. Hybrid work with competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Analytics and BI platforms.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and interpreting results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably related to Upington area.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to website traffic, sales, and marketing campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
• Identify trends and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations.
• Analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, and A/B test results.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to support data-driven strategies.
