You will build dashboards, perform A/B testing analyses, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide actionable insights and forecasting to support business planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 3–5 years of data analytics experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from website analytics, sales platforms, and marketing tools.
• Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs for stakeholders across departments.
• Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize website performance and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide insights on campaign performance.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor data to identify strategic opportunities.
• Develop predictive models and forecasts to support business planning.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis process.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
