Placements24 in Upington, Northern Cape, is seeking an E-commerce Growth Specialist to accelerate online presence and revenue. You will leverage data analysis, experimentation, and digital channels to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention in a hybrid work setup.

You will run data-driven campaigns across paid social, SEM, email, and SEO; perform A/B tests; analyze funnels; and report insights to guide product and marketing teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth roles.
• Proven ability to drive growth via experimentation and data analysis.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and conversion funnels.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, social ads, and email marketing.
