You will analyze sales trends, customer behavior, website performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness, build dashboards, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver clear recommendations.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst focused on ecommerce analytics.
• Strong SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with web analytics platforms (GA/Adobe Analytics).
• Solid data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and insightful E-commerce Data Analyst to join their growing analytics team. You will be responsible for analyzing sales trends, customer behavior, website performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various e-commerce sources (website analytics, sales data, CRM, marketing platforms).

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, translating complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer journeys, conversion funnels, and marketing campaign performance to recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on e-commerce analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Expertise in using web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent data visualization skills and experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly.
