Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to optimize customer relationships and drive sales through targeted campaigns. Based in Mahikeng, North West, you will leverage CRM data to create personalized email strategies and enhance loyalty.

You'll collaborate with marketing, sales and data analytics to segment audiences, design compelling templates and analyze performance to improve repeat purchases in a fast-growing e-commerce company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM management and email marketing, preferably within e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization techniques.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills focused on customer engagement.
• Experience analysing marketing data and generating performance reports.
• Knowledge of A/B testing principles and data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve retention and lifetime value.
• Design, build, and execute email campaigns including newsletters and automations.
• Segment databases based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history.
• Write compelling copy and collaborate with designers on templates.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage the CRM platform ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• A/B test subject lines, content, and sending times to optimise results.
• Stay updated on CRM, email marketing, and e-commerce trends.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA).
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
