You will craft personalized journeys, manage automation workflows, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 4+ years in CRM/email marketing within e‑commerce, strong copywriting, and a data‑driven mindset suitable for a fully remote team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of CRM management and email marketing experience in e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and deriving actionable insights.
• Excellent copywriting and editing for email communications.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the CRM platform to improve data accuracy and segmentation.
• Develop, execute, and analyze targeted email campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
• Create customer segments based on purchase history, behavior, and demographics.
• Implement marketing automation workflows for onboarding, retention, and win‑back.
• Monitor CRM and email metrics: open/click rates, conversions, CLV.
• Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align CRM strategies with campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey through personalized comms.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times.
• Stay updated on CRM, automation, and e‑commerce retention trends.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA).
