Placements24 is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist for our Soweto-based team. You will plan, create, and optimize targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated flows.

You'll segment audiences, craft persuasive copy, and manage automation while monitoring open and click rates, conversion metrics, and deliverability. A passion for data-driven optimization and strong knowledge of privacy regulations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in email marketing or CRM marketing.
• Proficiency with email platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact.
• Strong copywriting and editing for conversion-focused messaging.
• Experience with A/B testing of subject lines, content, and design elements.
• Understanding of deliverability and data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns including newsletters and promos.
