Placements24 is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to lead customer engagement and loyalty through targeted email campaigns. Based in Randburg, you’ll manage planning, execution, and optimization of email programs using CRM data and automation tools.

You will segment audiences, write compelling copy, collaborate with design, and analyze performance to drive retention and revenue growth. This role blends independent work with team collaboration in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of email marketing experience with CRM/automation.
• Proven track record in successful email campaigns.
• Proficiency with major email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
• Strong segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and privacy regulations (POPIA).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters and automated workflows.
• Segment databases for targeted and personalized communications.
• Use CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage campaigns and track performance.
• Write compelling email copy and collaborate with designers on templates.
• Monitor and report key metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
• Ensure campaigns comply with privacy regulations (POPIA).
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and automation best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing to align with overall objectives and data hygiene.
