Job summary

Deka Minas (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant to join our on-site team. You will manage leads, initiate conversations from cold sources, and transition customers through the sales process with enthusiasm.

The role requires Matric with RE5 and FAIS (NQF5 Wealth Management), at least two years in sales, and strong telesales, communication and CPD commitment. CRM familiarity and insurance product knowledge are a plus; you will be rewarded with competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Matric with RE5 and FAIS (NQF5 Wealth Management) qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales environment.
• Experience in telesales and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer lead campaigns and generate new leads.
• Initiate conversations from cold leads with professionalism.
• Guide clients from live transfers through the sales process.
• Present quotes and explain product features clearly.
• Close sales while maintaining customer experience.
• Maintain CRM disclosures and recordings accurately.
• Achieve daily activity, talk-time and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with team to improve scripts and dialing strategies.
