Recruitment Insured is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Agent in Johannesburg to generate new business and promote non-life insurance products. You will provide professional insurance advice to clients, close sales, and build lasting relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires face-to-face client engagement, prospecting, and meeting monthly sales targets. You will handle quotations, onboarding, and ongoing client support in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• FSCA-recognised qualification is essential.
• RE5 examination is essential.
• 2–3 years direct client sales experience is required.
• 2–3 years in non-life (short-term) insurance is required.
• 2–3 years of face-to-face customer engagement is required.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and employer group engagements.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings, presentations, and sales engagements.
• Generate and convert qualified leads into policy sales while achieving monthly sales and premium targets.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and risk exposures, recommending suitable non-life solutions.
• Explain policy benefits, exclusions, excesses, terms, and conditions to clients.
• Prepare and present accurate insurance quotations.
• Assist clients with application forms, supporting documentation, policy issuance, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employer partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct follow-up visits and policy reviews, identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Respond to customer queries and service requests, referring matters to relevant service teams.
• Attend employer partner wellness days and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales documentation, needs analyses, quotations, and records of advice.
• Ensure FAIS, POPIA, FICA, TCF compliance.
