Job summary

Deka Minas (Pty) Ltd is seeking a proactive Wills Sales Consultant in Pretoria to drive sales of wills and related financial solutions while addressing clients’ estate planning needs. You will perform telephonic consultations, present quotes, and convert opportunities into contracted sales, upholding high service standards.

The role requires FAIS compliance, RE5, and at least 2 years in sales or client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess estate planning needs.
• Promote and sell wills and related financial solutions.
• Conduct telephonic consultations and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare and present quotes accurately and professionally.
• Convert opportunities into sales while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
• Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to facilitate document completion and delivery.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
