The role requires Matric, RE5, FAIS qualifications, CRM and MS Office proficiency, and strong communication with multitasking and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12.
• RE5 Qualification.
• Relevant FAIS-compliant qualification.
• Experience working with CRM systems and customer service environments.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• RPE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient, and customer-centric service across all customer interactions.
• Assist clients with enquiries relating to policies, benefits, premiums, amendments, and account servicing.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
• Deliver accurate information and guidance on available products and services.
• Process policy amendments and servicing requests accurately within set standards.
• Maintain precise customer records on CRM and policy administration systems.
• Monitor customer cases through to resolution and provide timely updates.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience while adhering to company procedures.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and elevate opportunities for improvement.
• Build trust through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Ensure all interactions comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies.
• Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Support a culture of compliance and customer fairness.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to resolve customer matters efficiently.
