Qualifications

• Proven sales management experience in MRO/industrial distribution/technical sales.
• Strong knowledge of MRO products (bearings, fasteners, power transmission, lubricants).
• Track record of achieving sales and gross profit targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people-management abilities.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple branches and regional sales teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
