Job summary

JVR Software seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and support branch sales teams across the Durban region. You will drive revenue growth, oversee gross profit, and develop regional strategies for MRO solutions.

The role requires coaching high-performing teams, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships to ensure long-term regional success. Travel will be regular and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required; diploma/degree in related field advantageous.
• Proven sales management experience in MRO/industrial distribution/technical sales.
• Knowledge of bearings, fasteners, power transmission and lubricants.
• Travel willingness with valid driver’s license.

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and gross profit targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management abilities.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple branches and sales teams across a region.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
