Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support retail operations across multiple stores in the Durban region.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards at all store locations.
• Assist store managers with inventory management, stock counts, and replenishment processes.
• Monitor store compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Facilitate communication between store teams and head office, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
• Support the rollout of new store initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance and provide on-site support.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure efficient delivery of supplies and services.
