Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or similar client-facing role in the insurance industry.
• Sound knowledge of different insurance products (e.g., life, health, property, commercial).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with insurance brokerage software and CRM systems.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., FAIS accreditation) are essential.
• A genuine passion for client service and problem-solving.
• Must reside in or be willing to commute to Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities
