Stock and money accounted for

• Recons to be balanced weekly to zero(Thursday)
• All money in / accounted for
• Stock to be accounted for

On time delivery

• Delivery time vs target
• Volume : Sales vs target
• Returns : as per company policy

Positive basket flow Variance

• Responsible for the signing in / out of baskets

Update and accurate route administration

• Accuracy
• On time
• Ensure compliance to company accounting policies and procedures
• Draw up reports on trade activities (including competitor activity)
• Liaise with Telesales on information required
• Daily signing of settlement sheets
• Orders to be given to telesales before 15h00
