Job summary

AVBOB Group is seeking a District Manager for the Midrand Life office in Midrand, Gauteng. You will drive performance of a team of insurance sales representatives and ensure business objectives are met, with a focus on strong customer-centric values that AVBOB has built over a century.

You will recruit and train high-quality representatives, manage the team to achieve sales targets, and ensure compliance with FAIS/FICA and LTIA while developing and expanding markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams to achieve targets.
• Ability to recruit and train representatives effectively.
• Knowledge of FAIS/FICA/LTIA and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit high quality representatives timeously and accurately.
• Ensure that appointed representatives are adequately trained.
• Manage a team of insurance representatives optimally.
• Ensure that the set insurance sales targets are reached.
• Ensure and monitor compliance with respect to FAIS/FICA/LTIA and all other relevant legislation.
• Develop and expand markets.
