Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a Department Manager (Dispatch) in Roodepoort to oversee the entire distribution process, from stock receipt to dispatch to fleet and couriers. The role reports to the General Manager (Inland) and requires managing stock controls, SOP compliance and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in wholesale pharmaceutical distribution, a 3-year degree or diploma, and strong leadership, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 3 year degree or diploma required.
• 5-10 years' experience in wholesale Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Experience in pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the distribution operations, including receipt, storage, assembly and dispatch of stock.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Oversee budgeting for operations and approval of capital expenditures.
• Lead and develop staff, implement SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
