WAREHOUSE /RENTAL DEPOT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Samrand, South Africa CTCR±R33000

A highly organised and quality‑driven Operations Supervisor with 3–5 years’ leadership experience across depot, warehouse, logistics, rental operations and inventory environments. Skilled in managing full asset lifecycle processes, inbound receiving, laundry and decontamination workflows, outbound dispatch, ERP/WMS accuracy, and operational compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive productivity, maintain audit‑ready documentation and uphold strict hygiene and quality standards.

The Rental Depot Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading inbound receiving, depot operations, laundry and decontamination activities, outbound dispatch, inventory control, ERP/WMS transaction accuracy, quality compliance and people management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Qualification in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, depot operations, distribution, administrative or rental operations.
• Advanced ERP/WMS experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (MS Excel).

Inbound Receiving & Inventory Management

• Manage all inbound receiving activities for returned rental equipment and consumables.
• Ensure equipment is inspected, recorded and routed through cleaning and decontamination processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
