Job summary

Goodwall is seeking a Director of Partnerships to drive growth through high-value collaborations with global organisations. You will own a multi-million-dollar revenue target and build a pipeline across 6-7 figure partnerships, engaging with senior leaders to craft bespoke programs that deliver real impact for youth.

You’ll shape opportunities, align partner goals with Goodwall’s offerings, and lead from outreach to contract close in a highly autonomous role within a lean team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships or BD targeting corporate CSR or foundations.
• Comfortable managing multi-million-dollar, 6-7 figure partnerships and pipeline.
• Strong ability to shape proposals, attach business cases and negotiate contracts.
• Self-directed, with an ownership mindset and capacity to work with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build and close big opportunities; own a multi-million-dollar target and pipeline.
• Open doors using network and smart outreach to secure key partnerships.
• Understand partner goals and align them with Goodwall capabilities.
• Grow existing partnerships and uncover new opportunities within them.
• Collaborate with programs, product and leadership to shape proposals.
• Own the journey from first conversation to negotiation and close.
• Contribute to shaping how the partnerships function evolves.
