Job summary

Goodwall is seeking a senior leader to run Product, Growth and Marketing, directly with the Co-Founder. You will build and grow your own team, including a Product Manager and Growth Marketing Manager, while partnering with the Head of Engineering who guides Data Science.

You’ll shape how members discover Goodwall, experience its value, stay engaged and invite friends, with full ownership of the product and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling a digital product serving millions, with proven impact.
• Strong growth-marketing instincts across product, growth and marketing domains.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and own outcomes with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Scale a product users love and own the roadmap with growth experiments.
• Accelerate member acquisition through ambassadors, referrals, creators and paid channels.
• Align Product and Growth with Engineering and Data Science from ideation to launch and measurement.
• Own the end-to-end member experience, from notifications to flows and messaging.
• Run experiments to improve retention and referrals and decide what to scale.
