Job summary

Black Sun Global is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of website builds, CMS updates, SEO tracking, and digital communications for stakeholder engagement across multiple clients.

You will define scope, budgets, and schedules, manage suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery with high client satisfaction. Experience in digital marketing agencies and JIRA/CMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency experience in digital marketing and communications overseeing website projects from inception to delivery.
• Experience managing corporate and B2B website projects.
• Familiarity with best practices in website development: accessibility, usability and design.
• Experience interfacing with clients at multiple levels and supporting Account Managers.
• Experience scoping large-scale digital projects and identifying risks.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans and updating teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of projects, schedules and deadlines.
• Interpret client briefs and define scope, budget and schedule.
• Produce and maintain project documentation (briefs, schedules, requirements, reports).
• Oversee design/content amendments and ensure error-free delivery.
• Review work before sending to the Account Manager.
• Apply Black Sun's PM and QA processes consistently at every stage.
• Manage day-to-day client requests for support and queries.
• Brief and coordinate suppliers to meet quality standards.
• Book resources in advance and keep the team aligned for the next two weeks.
• Organise meetings and keep project documents orderly and accessible.
• Keep building client understanding of their business and market trends.
• Contribute research and insights to support thought leadership.
