Macmillan Education is seeking a Digital Projects Lead to join our Digital Services team. You will plan, coordinate and deliver digital projects and strategic initiatives across the business, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires strong project management experience, cross-functional collaboration and a proactive approach to governance, reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Project Management or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience managing digital/technology projects.
• Experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders and external service providers.
• Strong planning, coordination and delivery management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage digital projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress and provide reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Support digital transformation and business improvement initiatives.
• Maintain governance, documentation and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure outcomes.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and pursue continuous improvement.
• Contribute to PM processes and best practices.
