About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join their fully remote marketing team. This role will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives. You will provide critical insights into campaign effectiveness, user behavior, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing spend. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and website traffic.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into campaign performance, customer segmentation, and user journeys to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, set benchmarks, and recommend A/B testing strategies.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the digital landscape and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analytical processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and key performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related analytical field.
