Job summary

FirstRand’s FNB branch in Gauteng is hiring a Universal Advisor to provide compliant sales and exceptional service to walk-in and existing customers in a fast-paced environment. You will actively promote digital and self-service channels while upholding governance and regulatory standards.

You will identify customer needs, cross-sell suitable products, maintain records, and participate in ongoing learning within a team that values diversity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF 4.
• Preferred: NQF 5 Banking/Business Admin/Customer Service FAIS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers.
• Promote digital and self-service channels to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure FAIS, FICA and TCF compliance.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell suitable banking products.
• Contribute to a high-volume service environment with ethical conduct.
