Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Client Service professional to educate clients on digital self-service options and to process cash transactions with accuracy. You will balance branch stock, manage queues, and assist clients with online applications and login issues.

You will build lasting client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and ensure service levels align with Nedbank standards and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma is required for the role.
• Preferred: Banking Services Higher Certificate (NQF5).
• 1–2 years experience in Retail/Banking Client Service, cash handling and 1st line problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on self-service, digital functionality and features.
• Accept and service cash transactions over the counter.
• Balance and secure branch stock and cards.
• Assist clients with online applications, log-in issues and value-added services.
• Identify sales leads and cross-sell via client engagement.
• Ensure customer service excellence and maintain client relationships.
