Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Address queue flow and digital device concerns.
• Assist clients to download online applications and resolve login issues.
• Help clients buy value-added services online or via self-service devices.
• Provide cash transactions and balance/replenish branch stock.
• Balance and secure branch stock; manage cash and devices.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital features.
• Foster long-standing client relationships and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Verify client needs and documents, routing requests as needed.
