Qualifications

• 2-3 years Retail/Banking client service experience.
• 2-3 years in a Customer Service / Client facing role.
• Diploma is required.
• FAIS Approved Qualification preferred.

• Respond to client needs by offering the right service and solution.
• Educate clients on the use of self-service digital channels and solutions.
• Build client trust and maintain relationships with proactive service.
• Educate clients on product features and benefits; cross-sell where appropriate.
