Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions and assist with online applications.
• Process cash transactions over the counter and balance branch stock.
• Assist with daily cash handling, forex requests and conformance with policies.
• Identify sales leads and refer to relevant departments while capturing details in the client system.
• Maintain client relationships and provide knowledgeable service to build trust.
