Qualifications

• Diploma required or equivalent
• Experience in retail/banking preferred; 1–2 years in client service or cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Address client concerns about queue flow and digital devices.
• Assist clients with downloading online applications and resolving login issues.
• Help clients buy value-added services online or via self-service devices.
• Process cash transactions over the counter and ensure accuracy.
• Balance and secure branch stock including cards; manage cash handling and ATM readiness.
• Mitigate risk by following policies and authenticating transactions.
