• Essential Qualifications - NQF Level: Diploma

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Address concerns about queue flow or digital devices.
• Assist clients to download online applications and resolve login issues.
• Assist clients to buy value-added services online or via self-service devices.
• Assist clients to obtain statements, cards and docs from self-service zones.
• Build and maintain client relationships; inform on progress.
• Discover client needs and deliver financial solutions with care.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital features; subscriptions.
• Guide clients to complete service needs online; cross-selling opportunities.
• Meet and verify client needs and route to appropriate intervention.
