Job summary

FNB is seeking a Universal Advisor in Benoni to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch. You will educate customers on digital channels, migrate to e-channels, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records while adhering to FAIS, FICA and TCF requirements.

You’ll work in a dynamic POP environment, focused on customer experience, teamwork, and personal development in a role that blends service excellence with needs-based selling.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.
• Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner and promote banking solutions.
• Educate customers on correct channels and migrate to digital/e-Channels/self-service.
• Fulfill transactions and meet service and sales targets in a high-volume branch.
• Maintain accurate customer records and compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance.
