FNB is seeking a Universal Advisor in Pretoria to deliver compliant sales and service in a high-volume branch. You will engage customers, identify needs, and provide appropriate banking solutions while promoting digital channels and self-service options.

You will work within FAIS, FICA, and TCF guidelines, ensuring ethical conduct and accurate record-keeping, with opportunities for learning and career growth in a dynamic POP environment.

Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 / NQF4 minimum qualification.
• 1–3 years’ experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.
• Preferred NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields (FAIS).

Aufgaben

• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch setting.
• Identify customer needs, upsell and cross-sell banking solutions aligned to the customer.
• Educate customers on digital channels, e-Channels and self-service platforms to migrate to digital banking.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure FAIS, FICA, TCF compliance and governance.
