Job summary

FNB in Benoni is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch. You will guide walk-in and existing customers, promote digital channels, and ensure ethical, accurate interactions aligned with FAIS, FICA and TCF policies.

Ideal candidates will have Grade 12, 1–3 years in customer-facing banking roles, and knowledge of regulatory requirements. The role offers a dynamic POP environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAIS and TCF principles and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to meet sales, service and customer experience targets.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner and identify their banking needs.
• Educate customers on correct banking platforms and migrate to digital/self-service channels.
• Process transactions accurately while meeting performance benchmarks.
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
