Nedbank is seeking a customer-focused teller/consultant to educate clients on digital and self-service solutions, assist with cash transactions, and maintain branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through online applications, handling cash, balancing stock, and ensuring secure processes while building lasting relationships and contributing to Nedbank goals.

Qualificações

• Diploma is required for the role.
• Banking Services qualification (Higher Certificate in Banking Services - NQF5) preferred.
• 1-2 years Retail/Banking Client Service, Cash, Technology Savvy, 1st Line Problem Resolution experience.

Responsabilidades

• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions and assist with online applications and logins.
• Assist clients with statements, cards and documentation from self-service zones.
• Build and maintain client relationships and capture sales leads without advising.
• Balance and service cash transactions and perform first line device maintenance.
• Ensure ATM/ID availability and cash management.
• Mitigate risk by following security and compliance procedures.
