Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Client Advisor in Oudtshoorn to educate clients on self-service solutions and to resolve sales and service needs while delivering on business goals and market share. You will support clients through the sales process, assign the right financial solutions, and ensure high-quality service in every interaction.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma and 1–2 years in retail or banking client service or sales, with strong product knowledge and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of Retail/Banking Client Service, Sales, or Relationship experience.
• Knowledge of Nedbank policies and procedures desirable.
