Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising and development management.
• Proven success in securing significant financial contributions from a variety of sources.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience with donor management software and fundraising best practices.
• A deep commitment to the mission of the organization and its work in the Eastern Cape.
