About the Role

This pivotal role involves designing and implementing comprehensive strategies to secure sustainable funding from diverse sources, including major donors, foundations, and corporate partnerships. You will be instrumental in cultivating relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the financial stability required to advance the organization's crucial charitable work. This is an on-site position for a dedicated professional passionate about the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to meet annual revenue goals and long-term financial sustainability.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with major donors, identifying opportunities for increased engagement and giving.
• Manage grant applications, proposals, and reporting processes for foundations and corporate partners.
• Oversee and execute fundraising events, ensuring maximum donor participation and return on investment.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective donors and funders.
• Collaborate with the board and staff to advance the organization's fundraising objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising and development, with a proven record of success.
• Demonstrated expertise in major gift solicitation, grant writing, and fundraising strategy.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills .
• Experience in managing fundraising budgets and donor databases (CRM).
• A deep understanding of the charity sector and a passion for the organization's mission.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CFRE certification is a plus.
