You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, and leading a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a diversified fundraising strategy across various channels, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, and grants.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the fundraising team, setting clear goals and fostering a performance-driven culture.
