Job summary

Premier FMCG is seeking a dispatch administrator to manage the end-to-end dispatch process. The role involves receiving stock, data capture, printing documentation, invoicing, and various admin tasks in a pressurized environment.

You will handle despatch handovers, update DRM, process invoices, and assist with stock reconciliation and customer complaints. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (matric) certificate or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• 2–3 years experience in a similar position in an FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Handover from Receiving to Despatch.
• Data capture all Despatch administration.
• Picking slips to be processed and captured.
• Invoices to be processed and captured.
• Updating DRM.
• Assisting with stock recon.
• Assist with customer complaints.
• Adhere to Food Safety & Health and Safety requirements.
