Job summary

Cash Crusaders Retail (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch operations, ensure accurate picking, checking and on-time despatch, and maintain stock control.

The role focuses on leading and developing the dispatch team, monitoring productivity, resolving issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with internal departments and service providers, and driving continuous improvements to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily dispatch activities.
• Ensure orders are accurately picked, checked, and dispatched on time.
• Monitor and manage stock movement and inventory control processes.
• Ensure all dispatch documentation is completed accurately and timeously.
• Lead, train, and develop the dispatch team to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor staff productivity and manage performance effectively.
• Investigate and resolve dispatch discrepancies and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and secure dispatch environment.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
