Qualifications

• South African citizen is a requirement.
• Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) required.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications recommended.
• IT-related diploma or certificate recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to minimise downtime.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and IT applications.
• Set up and manage PCs and peripherals per company standards.
