Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic software applications
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous IT experience or certifications is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for employees
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Provide technical support for various applications and systems
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems
• Assist with network administration tasks, such as user account management and security updates
• Document and maintain IT procedures and processes
