About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Fleet Manager to oversee operations in the Stellenbosch, Western Cape area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, optimizing delivery routes, maintaining vehicle fleets, and implementing best practices in logistics management. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, a proven ability to motivate teams, and a strong understanding of fleet management software and vehicle maintenance. You will play a key role in enhancing operational performance and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring performance standards are met.
