Requirements

• Degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in fleet management, with a strong understanding of heavy-duty vehicles and transportation logistics.
• Proven experience in managing a fleet of at least 50 vehicles.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations, road safety standards, and licensing requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.

• Valid driver's license; a professional driver's permit is advantageous.
