Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Stellenbosch team. You will measure, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, translating data into actionable recommendations for the marketing department.

The role requires strong quantitative skills, proficiency with analytics and visualization tools, and the ability to drive data-led decision making in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital marketing analytics role or related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Expertise in data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Track, measure and analyze digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, display).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and trends.
• Identify insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies and budgets.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing to set benchmarks and monitor progress.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in analytics and reporting tools.
