Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Social Media Analyst to join our team remotely. You will track, measure, and analyze performance across platforms, translating data into actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns and inform social media strategy.

You will develop dashboards and reports, measure KPIs, and provide insights into audience behavior and content effectiveness, enabling data-driven decisions for our e-commerce brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Social Media Analyst or data-focused role with social metrics.
• Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, and platform-native analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience creating clear, concise reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and social media marketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze social media data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Develop dashboards and reports tracking KPIs like engagement, reach, conversions, sentiment.
• Identify trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimization.
• Conduct audience analysis to understand demographics, interests and online behavior.
• Provide actionable recommendations for content strategy and platform utilization.
• Monitor competitor activity and benchmark performance against industry standards.
